June 21, 2025DO NOT MOVE HERE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. When we originally signed up for the apartment moving from a different state our deal was most utilities were included in the rent, including water. That lasted a month. We have since had out tires stolen, our cars marked for towing multiple times, issues with no water multiple days a week, no hot water multiple days a week. They also choose to split the whole water usage of the whole building for tenants and split it between everyone on the leases. So if you ...have a bunch of people not on the lease living there you're basically paying nothing compared to a place with everyone on the lease...but to charge for water you dont even use is crazy. The AC barely works and also was reported to have mold in it but was never fixed. Guest bathroom backup ac drips into the shower nonstop leaving the shower a mildewy mess since we moved in. The dog park is unusable, they redid it but theres so much poop you cant move a step without stepping in a pile. The washer and driers they offer tenants to use never worked forcing us to use a more expensive laundrymat till we could get a washer and drier. Leaving asap. Worst apartment ever. When we moved in there were a ton of 1 star reviews that were since deleted, management has offered tenants and offer to be put in a raffle to leave 5 star reviews, that's disgusting that you have to bride your tenants to get good reviews. This place does not look out for its tenants and seems to make as many calls as possible to make them struggle more. Ridiculously priced for the trash hole it is. Edit: the week of June 8th-21st the hot water has been off 3 times, third time it has stayed off for over a week. And yet they keep.spending on parties and renovations that are halfway done(like the paint job in the picture that was half done across the whole property only to have them rip out all the balconies and replace them right after) maybe pay to get the water issue fixed right first. No hot water. Trash everywhere.
September 17, 2024Have not had hot water for a week now. This has been a repeated issue the 3 years I’ve lived here. All you will get from the revolving door of office managers is excuses. I’ve had a joke in my ceiling since July. The property is dirty. Dumpsters get left over a week without pick up. Tenants throw their trash on the ground and do not clean up after theirselves. Drug dealers live here. This is the worst apt I’ve ever lived in. I wouldn’t live here for free.Review from Apartments.com

No hot water 14 days
April 16, 2024No hot water for over 14 days. Our ceiling collapsed and it took them almost a month to fix it. Plus we had mice and they put off calling pest control to rework the contract they had with the pest control company. Leaving us with a mouse problem for over two months. Bad apartment
October 4, 2023This place is awful I have never in my lane had so many issues with an apartment. I’ve lived here for months and my ac had been broken the whole time. I’ve put in tons of requests to fix it and went to the office on multiple occasions and still nothing. If that wasn’t enough I now can’t cook or sleep it’s a nightmare. The new management just keeps saying it’ll get fixed and look at me like go away. I’m over it at this point I just bought a window unit no matter how much I hate them. Don’t expect ...anything to get done and I’ve been through multiple websites to pay rent and make repair requests and still nothing. Poor management
June 7, 2021I do not recommend singing a lease here. I was planning to sign a lease but did not because of the poor management. I made a change to the lease contract and asked them to make the changes. However, they kept forgetting to make the changes and sent me a lease contract with incorrect information. I called them 6 times over the course of 10 days to get the corrected lease contract but was not able to do so. I even talked to the manager but was not able to receive the corrected lease contract. The ...poor service and unresponsiveness of the management is the only reason why I decided not to sign here.Property Manager Responded

Terrible Management
March 16, 2021My unit wasn’t ready at all for move in (clean it fixed). And it wasn’t the unit originally promised to us. Then we were not told about a parking permit, so they towed my car with absolutely no warning. Before I left after two months, they left an even toon notice in my door saying my rent was late and I had 3 days to leave when in reality my rent was not late at all. So I left and they never evicted me so I will never come here again and I hope no one else does either.Property Manager Responded

Parking is the worst!!
February 12, 2021The parking is the worst, there is never parking but perhaps it's due to the many unregistered sketchy broke down cars having this place looking like a salvage yard! Apparently there are no back round check neither there are drug dealers that live here and to be honest I am sick of the feds and marshals yelling for the drug dealer next door to open his door or they will bust it in.
