that should bring it on down on one of the surrounding buildings. The lights underneath the carports have now gone unattended for the last eight months (since Jan 2026). We are right next to the US Post Office and now since Dec 2025 there is a LOUD constant noise, drone style noise that goes from Monday to Saturday night, not sure if this is due to their new electric vehicles but this is a real nightmare when you would like to just go outside and enjoy a nice cool night, you cannot with that nightmare of a noise. Since so many of the condos are rented out, the owners do not seem to give the proper information to the tenant so tenants keep having to park in the open spaces, though now, it is safer for tenants to just park on the street, with so many of the new tenants coming from other states, they have total disregard for even having license plates updated from their former states, some having expired over a YEAR! Drivers constantly zoom by when leaving the driveways, there is going to be a deadly accident as this continues as there is very little space between a parking space and maybe two steps to stepping into an oncoming car leaving or entering the driveway. The dog poop is all over the place, since nobody complains, the dog pet owners let their dogs poop wherever they want to and they make no effort to pick it up. All in all, NEWPORT COVE II is not a good place to leave. Turning into a borderline ghetto community.
