February 12, 2022Roach infested and inconsiderate loud neighbors. You can hear everything going on if you live downstairs in the upstairs apartment. Floors creak loudly and parking is horrible unless you pay for reserved parking.Review from Apartments.com

Nightmate
August 9, 2019Moved in 2 days, and bike got stolen. Move in condition was horrible kitchen cabinet front was half hanging (not the door, it's the frame), paint over bugs in the cabinet, paints over sink, tub, bathroom wall were peeling, bad water damage on bathroom cabinet as well, all the faucets were very loose... Within a week the bathroom ceiling was leaking, pouring water down. Security sensor was missing. Keep calling them, and they don't fix.Review from Apartments.com
Worst Apartments Ever
September 12, 2017I have lived here for a couple months and i wish i would have seen the reviews before moving here. They never come over to fix anything. Everytime the apartment upstairs gets in the shower the shower leaks all mover my bathroom floor. When they came over to change the power box they broke one of my pictures on my wall and no one replaced it. Dont move here let this place be the last choice. There are huge roaches that pet control cant even control these roaches.Review from Apartments.com

September 20, 2015From the roaches to the foundation issues to the exposed wiring running along the ground, this place should be condemned. Maintenance men have attempted to enter our apartment without permission on multiple occasions, only to realize that they were entering the wrong unit. Any maintenance issues we have legitimately filed have not been resolved in any way past a shrug and repeated "I don't know"s. Our patio door has not locked for months. They have tried to fix it twice. The entry and exit gates ...are designated as such, one way in and one way out. Unfortunately they have not worked for 6 months so the traffic/ pedestrian battle always ensues. The management is quick to blame and slow to act.
