Beautiful, quiet, amazing

I love living here. The staff are extremely personable and kind, and I have gotten callbacks even when the line was busy! Maintenance requests are answered extremely quickly, and if parts are required updates are provided and spot on or even sometimes faster. The grounds are beautiful with a lot of green spaces and trees, and the neighborhood is very quiet. It’s within easy reach of Addison, greater Carrollton, and Farmers Branch. There are bus stops within minutes (or even moments). It feels ...

very safe no matter the time of day, the apartments are comfortable and spacious. Currently they are updating various points of the property from functional (many structural upgrades) to aesthetic (upgraded painting and planting) that are even better. I’d lived here before years prior, and coming back not only felt like coming home, it was even better the second time around!

Oakhaven was the first on our list to visit and after the tour, we knew in our hearts that this will be our first choice. efficiently and quickly and does a great job. Alex, the manager, and Gabriella, the leasing agent, does a spectacular job in communication and I appreciate their work and passion. I have never seen such an organized and professional apartment business such as Oakhaven. I like how they managed the property and the business model is very simple which is great for the tenants so that we don't have to pay for extra stuff. When there are many amenities it is coming from our pocket for frugal people like me. It is hard to rave about a place that you live but coming from my heart and my husband's heart we send our appreciation and our highest praises to the team. Thank you.

This apartment is a good apartment. But there are some things I don’t agree with like the construction an everything they leave people private patio open which to me isn’t safe at all.But besides that it is a good neighborhood...An animal friendly apartment but I do have some things to say about that . Have an animal you shouldn’t let your animals run around apartments like this cat he run around the apartment an tries to get in to other people apartments because the the owners doesn’t want the ...

cat in their house which it isn’t right to have to deal with on daily basses.over all i wouldn’t say that it is a bad apartment..

We lived here for about a year after relocating from out of state for work. They made us feel so welcome and the office staff was always super helpful (they even helped us get familiar with the area restaurants, stores etc..). The only reason we moved was because we bought a house. Wish we had their maintenance staff here at our house...we have to fix everything ourselves now (*sigh*). Highly recommend!
