It's very hard to get in touch with management during emergencies. Have had sewage problems where sewage was literally pouring into the apartment and was basically told we had to live with it until the manager came back into the office on Monday. (It started on a Friday) The whole bottom floor of our building was having the same issues. Theres issues with the apartment that have been this way since weve moved in that we have given written complaints about that they refuse to fix. Our bedroom ...

Nice complex, great area

I lived atOakwoods until my job took me out of state in 2018. The area is great as there are restaurants and grocery stores not far away. The apartment had spacious bedrooms and a nice kitchen. The complex was clean with lots of families. The management team was terrific and the maintenance crew was wonderful.
