It is my first, and I hope it is my Last!

The Orchard Maples is my first apartment that I ever lived at. When they called me to tell me that there was a place available, my heart was a flurry. Living here, and being able to work closely with the landlord-who is a strict, but kind lady-has made my journey into the adult world a safe pleasant one.
The facility is clean, the upkeep goes above my expectations, and the gated parking lot keeps the cars safe at night. There is a great pool to swim or relax in, as well as BBQ grills to use ...
in the summer.
Around the complex are a few parks, and is not far from a Bird Sanctuary(Pena Adobe). There is also the Jungle Yogurt, and is just 5miles to the Nut Tree Shopping Center and Outlits.
The Orchard Maples is an apartment complex is a wonderful place to live.I hope to stay here for the rest of my life, with my cats and my service dog. Filled with good neighbors and a smart landlord, it is my first place, and I hope it to be my last.
