November 17, 2021Overland offers a comfortable living experience with very well maintained public spaces (i.e., patio, community room, shared laundry facilities). Love living @ Overland
November 17, 2021Ive lived in Standish/S Minneapolis for 5+ years and wanted to live in a new build apartment while staying in the area. Overland met both of those requirements! I love my apartment, the design feels fresh compared to other new build apartments I’ve looked at. I love living across the street from Standish cafe. We have a great rooftop patio & gym. Jimmy has been really great to work with. Don’t have a single complaint during my time here.Review from Apartments.com
