About Palm Court Apartments
We are a centrally located apartment community with quick access to Tyndall and Downtown Panama City, while only 25 minutes from the world's most beautiful beaches! We are pet friendly, with limitations, and charge a one time nonrefundable pet fee. No washer/dryer hookups but laundry facilities are on site. Pest control and trash included! Pictures may not be of exact unit. Please call to schedule a viewing today! We are an equal housing opportunity and Section 8 approved. Background checks are run on all potential tenants, as we like to keep our communities safe. We ask that eviction histories be clean, and credit scores be no less than 600. Income should be 2.5 times the monthly rent. Upon signing your 12-month lease, we will require first month's rent as well as security deposit.

Don't move here worst mistake ever
February 17, 2022Dirty units,nasty old appliances. Roach and rat infested units. Landlord doesn't do anything but collect money for old run down units. Nosey neighbors that nobody does anything about noise complaints. Worst place I've ever lived and its in high crime drug area.Review from Apartments.com
