Cozy and great landlord!
September 15, 2017I had lived here for almost three years when i had the opportunity to move abroad for work. I thought this was going to be a chaotic mess but was extremely smooth and painless thanks Pam, the current landlord. Once I was aware of this possibility I informed her and we started a game plan as to when I would have to put in my notice of breaking my lease and with delays in my visa it became even more of a cluster. In the end I was able to move out a month prior to the ending of my lease and I even ...got a partial refund on last months cause Pam is a rockstar and was able to rent out my apartment mid month! I never had any issues with maintenance not taking care of things in a timely manner, they even had to replace my entire AC unit cause it stopped working and that took less than 3 days! The area is quiet and tucked away but also extremely close to everything, had I not moved to a different country I would still be living there!Property Manager Responded

Love it here!!
January 24, 2016I moved to Parkside a few months ago and absolutely love it! The management made sure my apartment was super-clean and nice upon move-in. The few minor issues I've had were all resolved quickly and pleasantly. The manager has been very friendly and welcoming and I am looking forward to a long stay here in these beautiful and reasonably-priced townhome apartments! I highly recommend Parkside to anyone wanting a quiet, pleasant place to live.Property Manager Responded

Change in management
December 31, 2015We lived here for 5 years and the first 4 years were great. Local management changed last year and after that we noticed a large difference. Dealing with any issues that we had (leaking sink; heat not working; A/C not working) all took multiple days to get a response. It was difficult to know when anyone was going to be in the office to even stop in to have these issues addressed. The end of our lease was our largest pain. Absolutely no part of this was handled professionally. Two years ago, I ...suggested Parkside to everyone, after the final year of being there I would suggest proceeding with caution.Property Manager Responded
