Things are changing for the worst it seems...
November 15, 2016Things were seemingly great when I first moved in ... lovely refurbished apartment, great Maintanence team (they really are kind and helpful guys especially the ex cop, he's super helpful) but in the short time I've lived here they are no longer open on SUNDAYS!, they have changed the heated pool policy and shortened the amount of time promised that it would be warm enough to use! I have bad knees and rely on having a heated pool for exercise! In addition the people working in the office DO NOT ...CARE... know this. Moonique (who just left) was the only wonderful caring person working in the office! She was so helpful and went above and beyond for us from day one! The other ladies are rude and lazy. How things have changed
September 4, 2016This was a beautiful place to live , a year ago... Now the advertised year round heated pool is no longer heated. The dog bags for clean up are usually empty. There are ants, roaches, and mice . The new staff Is helpful, and are efficient calling pest control etc.. I am just surprised it has gotten to this.Review from Apartments.com
Expensive but easy apartments to live at
September 12, 2015I’ve rented at the Pavilions for several years and find them a very easy complex to live at. The apartments, while not particularly special, manage to impart a condominium feel and all have attached garages. The complex has very good amenities with an unusually large and popular pool and a very well equipped exercise facility. A lot of retired people and families choose to live here. The location is in a safe, generally quiet, upscale residential neighborhood and very convenient. Getting on ...the roads is never an issue as there is little traffic in this part of Albuquerque. Shopping is close by and uncrowded. Tramway and the Sandia foothills are within easy walking or biking distance. I’ve had no issues with the apartment staff as well. On the downside, the rent is expensive and the apartments easily transmit neighbor noise. If you have quiet neighbors and don’t mind the cost of rent, you will probably be comfortable living here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 19, 2015something broken, they fix it. Gorgeous grounds and friendly people and staff.All ages live here so you don't feel old! Parties poolside every month and our doggie has made allot of new friends. We adore our apartment and our neighbors are the best. We feel we are cared about here and are hoping to never have to leave. We have met some fantastic people from all over the world here and that is a fantastic way to keep on learning in our Senior Years.Review from Apartments.com
