One of the cheaper options in the neighborhood. The building is a little older but has the essentials. Clean pool area with 2 public grills. Laundry room with 4 washer and 4 dryers. Gated parking included. Manager is nice and prompt with repair requests. Repairman is friendly and trustworthy. Not luxury living but has everything you need to live comfortably. Units are spacious.
