If you are embarking n renting r buying an apartment at the Wyndham Circle properties at the above address, you need t get t know about the management office and the staff running the various units severely lack training, tenant curtesy. They are not welcoming r friendly. Very ill organized and much more than that. In my last two years f renting, I noticed that staff keep changing and there is a lack f staff stability. Thank God that I am moving.

Not tenant friendly. Horrible parking situation. Bad pet policies. Awful Board of Directors & Community Management.

The association strongly discourages renters and make policy decisions purposefully to negatively impact any tenants. This has been made clear on more than one occasion in conversations with the community manager. Old pet policy said they could remove pets and euthanize them. Dated. Poorly managed. Terrible parking policies most units only have one space. A Visitor space is not guaranteed. Read all rules & regs whether you'll be a tenant or an owner. If anything says you need board approval, ...
assume it's not allowed. Living here has been a fight every single step of the way and I will be ecstatic when we finally move.
