Poor property
March 10, 2024No help from landlord or maintenance ever. Roaches and rats in ceilings, walls, and inside living space. Nobody even cares about rats literally running around inside our living space. Power flickers, unfinished spots all around. Outdated appliances. Keeps raising rent.Review from Apartments.com
Worst experience With this being my first apartment
December 11, 2018No outlet in bathroom, kitchen is very outdated, if you look under my sink you can see the toilet and shower Because there is no wall, all the cabinets are connected together, I have roaches. Im not dirty. I keep my space clean , take the trash out everyday , and don’t leave dirty Dishes out. Yet I wake up to roaches havin a family reunion on my kitchen counter. The windows don’t open because some idiot put them on wrong. So they open from the top and not the bottom. I’m certain there’s mold ...somewhere because all I do is sneeze and cough when I’m In my home. The only Good of living is that it’s quiet and it’s a decent size for me being single. Still waiting for a fix
November 15, 2017I have been in these apartments since Feb. and the water runs non stop in the bathroom and the dishwasher runs over and floods my small apartment. I have been asking for some support, yet noone will help me at all. They expect rent on time and charge $55 without a grace period at all whenever you are late. I am extremely fed up and I dont know what else to do!Review from Apartments.com
