Rancho Viejo Condominiums is SAFE and SECURE...and only few minutes drive to the Airport and few minutes to the Las Vegas STRIP. Central location...close to Walgreens, Chase Bank, Grocery store, UPS and other... Well maintained, have to mention few nice employees...David Iverson, Megan Roller, Harry Ben Zvi, Charlotte the Receptionist, Carlo the Security Guy who are ALL polite, patient, helpful, professional and care about tenants living in Rancho Viejo Condominiums. Owner Jason truly cares ...

about all properties, I've known him for many years from Henderson and like me, he is a Veteran of our Big/Beautiful USA...# 1 Country in the World.

Rancho Viejo Condominiums is safe and secure. HOA fees are high BUT worth every penny. Well maintained...have to mention 2 very nice employees...Miss Jazmine and Miss Hayley who are polite, patient, professional, helpful and care about the tenants living in the Rancho Viejo Condominiums...thank you so much for helping.

Worst Condo Complex in Las Vegs

I am a renter from a private owner. I park in the assigned parking space every time for nearly 4 months. This complex has a contract with 911 Tow and Impound. They cruise thru and look for missing parking slips. Apparently last night my permit slipped and wasn't viable. Keep in mind they have seen my same car parked there for 4 months, it is in their records. They towed my car I wasn't inconveniencing anyone, no one complained they just towed it away. Cost me $250 to get my car back. This ...

is a racket. I wonder what the kick back is. Do not rent at this complex they treat tenants like criminals. I give them 5 negative stars.
