January 8, 2025Rancho Viejo Condominiums is safe and secure. HOA fees are high BUT worth every penny. Worst Condo Complex in Las Vegs
November 9, 2017I am a renter from a private owner. I park in the assigned parking space every time for nearly 4 months. This complex has a contract with 911 Tow and Impound. They cruise thru and look for missing parking slips. Apparently last night my permit slipped and wasn't viable. Keep in mind they have seen my same car parked there for 4 months, it is in their records. They towed my car I wasn't inconveniencing anyone, no one complained they just towed it away. Cost me $250 to get my car back. This ...is a racket. I wonder what the kick back is. Do not rent at this complex they treat tenants like criminals.
