Where do you put the trash?
April 24, 2017This place uses trash pickup at the door because the dumpster cannot handle the many residents (it's always overflowing). The problem is that they stopped picking up the trash everyday (because they are cheap). The biggest problem is they only pick it up intermittently a couple days a week. So, you have to keep dirty trash in your house on some days and sometimes have to deal with trash strewn by your front door (from racoons) because they randomly decided not to get your trash. Their exercise ...room is really pathetic. They also lock up the back gate so vehicles can't get in - even with a code - this causes huge problems for random delivery people and uber. We are moving away from here. These are Lake Mary's trash apartments. Stay Away!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 16, 2015I love my apartment. I would like to continue living here because me being a renter I don't have to worry about the maintenance in or at the apartment building. July 23, 2015It is amazing place where to live in the whole world where you have the fresh air and nice view to the lake around trees and birds with a sunny weather. Not worries to do your errands because places are close to you in this beautiful area like banks, stores, supermarket and malls.
