I have contacted this company/complex several times, left messages and have even emailed them. I have not received a single response via callback or even return email. I think the discourtesy is deplorable at best. It takes less than 5 minutes to reply by email or to place a return call. This speaks volumes as to the nature of the staff, their work practices and business ethics. I will definitely pass and find some place that meets the basic fundamentals of customer service. Absolutely would recommend!!!! Beautiful green area, apartments were top quality, We cried when we left after almost seven years. Getting yearly eyed even now.
