I have lived here for 5 years. Since last year, they started charging for parking. They do not have guest parking whatsoever yet, there is always lots of empty parking space. If you have even a friend visit you after 7pm, I would not recommend this apt, it will cost you $5 each time someone visits you even if they are not staying over for the night. They’ll be towed. Again, they do not have guests parking. Ridiculous

Poor customer service. Since the new management came, everything has declined, from cleanliness, security. Rude unhelpful employees at the office. No one answers calls in the office. A maintenance request takes weeks to be completed. I’m still waiting for a simple email that I was told I’d be sent on Monday, it is now Friday. How hard can that be? Called many times, no answer no call backs. If corporate office sees this please reach out to me, as I’m unable to find their contacts.

Hello,
I have been a resident of River Park apartments for over 4yrs now. In recent years I have noticed a steep decline in the overall quality of the environment here. Just within the past 6 months I have had two of neighbors tell me about theft and vandalism to their vehicles. The other day my car was broken into. In addition, I put in a simple maintenance request that took over 3 weeks to finally resolve. Not to mention during the summer, temperatures in my place can reach over 80 degrees. I ...
had called maintenance several times regarding this and they said there wasn't much they can do. They said the a/c was working fine and that they only have to guarantee that the internal temperature is within 20 degrees of the external temperature. One day it went as high as 90 degrees in my apartment when outside temperature was 110ish. It is a shame at what I have been seeing and experiencing. I have reached out to management regarding these issue several times. As far as I can tell not much has been done to resolve these issues. I have had enough with this place and I am planning on moving as soon as my lease is up. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking safe place to raise a family.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. Their communication is terrible, the management is even worst. They do not fix issues, just lie to get you out of the office. This is the letter I received after being at work all day and coming home to bring without water. It has been almost 24 hours. And instead of them fixing the issue they just give excuses

I currently moved in this month...from the move in date things went down hill..my apt. Was not ready on my move in date...the carpet was shampooed the same day of my move in..I couldn't get my keys the morning of my move..had to wait till 3-4pm..my electricy was turned on..mind you when i did get the keys..I did a quick walk through and found a couple things that need fixing..I felt rushed through the walk through..the carpet was wet while I was moving..my whole experience was disappointing..

Hopefully I can make this short enough to not make a book about it, but enough information for potential future residents.
Overview: I would have given them 5 Stars, but Graystar (previous owners) made our move-in day horrible. RiverParks current staff are friendly, helpful, and willing to help with all your needs.
Reason For Leaving: We show that this apartment is under Dallas School District. The elementary that this apartment falls under is not a place we feel comfortable letting our oldest ...
go to. You can look at the Schools report card to see why we feel this way. If we could afford taking him to a private or charter school, then we would have re-evaluated our options.
Cons: As you just read, school was our main concern. Besides that, here are good things to know - There was a conflict on which apartment number we signed up for on the day of our move-in, but this fault was more Greystar than RiverPark. The apartment we were given was far away from the parking area, which made things difficult when you are carrying groceries, furniture, kids, etc. The appliances were old and required several repairs and at times replaced. There was several damages in all the rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms. Parking was a bit crowded at times.
Pros: Quite area, a nice dog park, good court to let the kids play, decent swimming pool, wonderful gym, and close proximity to the Galleria Mall and Addison Circle.
Conclusion: As you can see our experience with RiverPark has been great, with the exception of our move in. I strongly believe that they will be repairing the pre-existing damages that were there during its years with GrayStar. If the school had better test score results, we may have stayed a couple of more years. I strongly recommend this place for Single People, Newly Weds, Friends looking to become roomies, and anyone who likes to have (almost) everything at arms reach.

This was my first apartment. My biggest complaint is that I could not get a parking spot if you do not park your car before around 9/10pm if you do not have a carport spot. The location is not bad - 5 minutes from the Galleria Mall & just down the road from the shops in Addison. I was having to call maintenance on multiple occasions for the same thing. Nice quiet area. Clean grounds wonderful friendly staff. I love that everyone is so friendly. When issues occur it is taken care of as soon as possible. There is a nice clean pool, exercise room and a dog park. Something here for everyone. Great location for shopping, restaurants and public transportation. A wonderful place to live.
