Disgusting

If I could use 3 words for this complex they would be cockroaches, bedbugs and mold. No amount of bleach and pesticides could keep critters away. Broken glass and trash littered the property and at one point we didn’t have hot water for 6 weeks. Building needs to be torn down. Management refuses to accept any responsibility.
