lots of character in this smaller apartment building. tall ceilings, huge windows, lots of natural light, the balcony is HUGE! and you cant beat the view from every window. looks right at the city skyline. gorgeous at nigt

I've had nothing but great conversations with our land lord company. The building is in great shape and out 4th floor apartment has a beautiful view of minneapolis! The only downside is parking, they have off street parking but not enough spaces for everyone.
