This place is awful! Come look before you call

Come see what the place really looks like before you even call. Management is awful to tenants. These pics are not what the place looks like at all Add to that how nothing gets fixed and all summer long they close the pool off and on to punish tenants for complaining about the poor conditions. And they tow your cars. All the time. Look at other reviews here a d everywhere else

Apartments are in need of structural updates (roof causes leaks, water pressure issues and mold). Apartments are not properly insulated so if you are paying for heat it is expensive. Property company throws a new coat of paint on to hide old leaks and mold damage. They are no longer repairing or replacing their wall A/C units. You must purchase your own if you want A/C. maintenance crew has taken from apartments as they have master key. Property used to be great but the last few years it has ...

I have lived here for a bit over a year now, and when ever have an issues or concerns regarding my unit, such as a leak or even getting something new put in such as a thermometer, they get the job done as quick as possible. One time I had my lights go out in the middle of the night due to too much plugged in, (I blew a circuit) and it was around 1am and I put in the maintenance request and they came within 20 minutes. They take really good care of the tenants here. If I can, I plan to stay here ...

for a couple of years. Very satisfied with Seramonte Estates. Amazing management. The towing sucks but that's why you have to make sure to have your pass on your car, you WILL NOT GET TOWED! People get towed due to not following the basic rules of the building that they place right in the parking lot for everyone to see. You follow those rules you won't get towed! :)

No matter where you live, you hear everything around you. Cracks/dents in walls from who knows what are basically duct taped and painted over, you are threatened to be towed for the smallest of reason, my visitor had their tires slashed along with the car next to theirs in the middle of the night, my unit reeked of cigs (I don't smoke), my kitchen floors were constantly wet from lazy "repairs" before I moved in and water is shut off in the building multiple times per week. These photos have to be from the 90s. We've lived here for 8 years, because we couldn't find anywhere else at the time that would allow our dog. Management is the worst I've ever experienced. Our toilet was broken for a full 48 hours - literally every time anyone in the building flushed it was coming up out of our toilet because we were on the bottom floor. The bathroom is full of black mold. We kept on top of it as best we could, but it's all behind the tiles to the point where they were ...

literally falling off the wall. They "fixed" it by replacing one section of the tiling in the shower, but not the whole wall, so now the new section has cracks because they never actually solved the problem. They wanted to raise our rent by $380 a month, when they have no amenities, besides the pool which is barely ever open. The location is convenient and the people living here are just trying to get by, but if you can afford what they are trying to charge then you can live in a much nicer apartment at the same price. Avoid.

Having lived here 6 years, this place is the worst place Ive every lived and Ive lived in some pretty sketchy places. Seramonte though, has won the prize. I have to ask permission from the landlord for my adult sons to come visit or they will be towed. They constantly tow residents cars for very frivolous reasons (car backed in to far, car not backed in, car slightly crooked in lines, ect). If I could give zero stars I would’ve. I’ve been here for years, every year it goes down hill a little more. This latest management team is by far the worst ones yet, jacking up the rent 250 dollars!! All that’s been done is a little painting in the main hallways, this place is literally all about making money, they couldn’t care less about the tenants. Between your rent hikes & getting towed constantly you’ll be penniless.

Had multiple other residents come to my door harassing me and a group of old guys smoking outside my window on the daily. Management does nothing.
