nightmare, think twice about living here
March 14, 2016management is a nightmare, if your a/c goes out in the summer, dont expect a quick fix or any help. the owner will answer the phone until he knows there is a problem, then you will be unable to get ahold of him. every month he is going to tack on an extra fee, did you have family staying with you for a few days? there is guest fee for that. DONT EVER PAY CASH. made this mistake one month as i couldnt get to the bank. he claims he never received it. its been a month since we moved out due to the ...issues and he will not return my calls or texts to talk about getting back my deductible. ive been renting for 10 plus years and never once have i met such a shady man. please think twice before moving to shalimarRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
