  • Great Apartment!

    This was my first apartment when moving to the Twin Cities and I couldn't have chosen a better place!! The rent is a little higher than I wanted to pay but the location and the apartment itself was worth it. The rooftop during the summer and the heated parking garage during the winter made all the difference. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone (who can afford it)!

    I've loved my time at NoLo- never have I felt so sad to leave an apartment complex. The staff were always friendly, accessible, and made moving in/out a breeze. The units are so thoughtfully designed to maximize space and had top notch finishes, like soft-closing drawers and grohe fixtures. Situated on 1st street, it's an excellent location for someone who wants to be near breweries and fabulous restaurants, but also come home to a quiet sanctuary that's tucked away from the noise of the city.

    This is the first place I've lived in where I feel like I'm truly home and part of the community. The other tenants are friendly, I know my neighbors, the staff is beyond fabulous. The common areas, like the rooftop, gym and lobby are always looking great, welcoming and I use them quite a bit. If you are looking for a home, look no further.

    I have lived in a handful of apartment buildings in several cities and this is by far the best place I've lived. The staff are friendly, helpful, responsive, and genuinely care about your satisfaction. The apartment finishes are high quality, and you can tell real thought went into every detail of the units. The amenities are great. The building is always perfectly clean, fresh, and inviting. I honestly love living here. No complaints.
