I’m writing a review because I believe as a renter it’s important to know just how amazing this property is. Not only is it well kept and beautiful on the outside and the inside but the staff is friendly and they know exactly what they’re doing. I don’t have to question if I’m safe at this community, I will live here for very very long time in fact, as long as I will be renting.

Best apartment

Moved in September 2021, I have thoroughly enjoyed this cute little neighborhood since then. Office staff is always so kind, the pool during the summer was super fun, gym has great equipment. I plan on staying here until I buy a house of my own.

my wife and i lived here for 3 years before we bought a house. it was quiet and we loved our apt and the balcony. maintenance was quick and Matt was very nice

Gone downhill
September 9, 2019
Place was great 3 years ago when I first moved in. Now they are absolutely terrible. Make sure to check recent reviews at other sites before moving in. Thank God I'm out, but they're still slapping me with $2000 in fines (and I was a model tenant). Find another place to live, these apartments aren't the ones - I would recommend avoiding Price Brothers all together.

Great place
October 11, 2015
I love Somerset Oaks! I am in my fifth year of living here. The location is great, staff and maintenance helpful, and neighbors quiet and respectful. My only complaint is that it is getting too expensive and this will probably be my last year living here due to rent increases.
