December 12, 2025This place is like the cookie cutter of homes. On the surface it’s decent; has a nice pool, leasing office just got a remodel, right next to the Braves stadium. It’s not until you actually live here do you see just how dysfunctional and broken this place is.Property Manager Responded

May 20, 2025This is not the building they advertise, management is terrible to work with, there are bugs everywhere that persist, they say exterminators come every week and can come to your apartment upon request but I have submitted many requests and the roach problem actually got worse. Management does not respond to any issues will just send out emails about general valet trash reminders. I would recommend anywhere else as a building at this price you should be getting a lot more for "luxury" apartment ...living, this is not close to it.Property Manager Responded

April 16, 2025I love my apartment but they could do better with maintaining the actual buildings. The floors are always dirty and there is always trash which makes me feel like I live in the ghetto and not in the Battery. The elevators are always dirty and because there’s only one, if it’s broken, idk what to tell you. The package system needs to be updated because receiving is always a challenge. I never go to the community events but they do have them and seem to be well organized although they haven’t done ...any recently. Management changes frequently but this team seems to be quicker with communication when needed.Property Manager Responded

Don't do it
March 20, 2025I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Stadium Walk. A tree fell on my car, resulting in a total loss. Most of the parking that is available is close to this area where there are huge trees that are not well maintained. Despite paying the $15 monthly parking fee for over three years, my vehicle wasn’t even registered in their system. As a result, I was never contacted about any of this , I just went down one morning and to my surprised my car was a wrecked . After reaching out multiple ...times via email and phone about pictures and the incident report , it's been over a week with no response. On top of that, parts of the accident scene were removed, potentially jeopardizing any investigation or insurance claims. The lack of communication and support is unacceptable. Run the other way
September 20, 2024It started out okay but just got worse with the new property management company. Place just went downhill fast. Roaches were a regular companion. The entire place smells of weed 24/7. The breezeways are filthy. The trash dumpster is sitting out in the open and gets rank quickly. Car alarms go off multiple times a day. Fire alarms go off weekly in one of the buildings. Often at 3am. In 2 years has a multitude of maintenance problems. The pool which was supposed to close at sundown was the seem of ...wee hours parties on the weekends. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough and would never ever recommend Stadium Walk to anyone.
