    Living at [Apartment Complex Name] has been frustrating due to the incredibly poor internet service. Whether you're working from home, streaming, or just trying to browse the web, expect constant disruptions and painfully slow speeds. The complex only allows one internet provider, and unfortunately, their service is unreliable and outdated. Despite multiple complaints from residents, management has done nothing to improve the situation. If you rely on stable internet for work or entertainment, ...

  • Worst apartment I ever lived at.

    The management team is just rude all the time and does not help you with anything. They will give you a broken apartment and if things are going to get fixed or not is complete luck. If they do congrats, but if they don't there is nobody that you can talk to. The management will just be rude to you and dismiss you. The hot tub in the apartment rarely works.

    the office has no knowledge of what the employees are doing, there is no communication anywhere, I have requested a service for more than 3 weeks, and what the employees do is close the request without coming to repair my problem, you better think before choose these apartments.

    It was a great complex before this new management took over. Nobody in the leasing office knows anything, they’re literally dear in headlights and unhelpful. Communication is HORRIBLE. The maintenance team sucks majorly now. You have to call multiple times for them to actually come by and when they do they only do a temporary fix instead if actually resolving the issue, which means you have to keep calling them. I’ve been dealing with an issue with my heat/ac since February, it’s still to this ...

  • 60 day written notice?!

    October 28, 2021
    Any other place I have resided in requires 30 day notice to vacate. The notice to renew or vacate was left 60 days prior to end date. Really leaves no choice but to stay does it? Not to mention the rate increase is frustrating especially when we've paid early or on time. If you want 60 day written notice maybe leave the reminder 90 days prior? The lack of communication from office and/or maintenance is upsetting. Been waiting for a couple of things to be repaired since move in.
