    The management team is just rude all the time and does not help you with anything. They will give you a broken apartment and if things are going to get fixed or not is complete luck. If they do congrats, but if they don't there is nobody that you can talk to. The management will just be rude to you and dismiss you. The hot tub in the apartment rarely works.

    It was a great complex before this new management took over. Nobody in the leasing office knows anything, they’re literally dear in headlights and unhelpful. Communication is HORRIBLE. The maintenance team sucks majorly now. You have to call multiple times for them to actually come by and when they do they only do a temporary fix instead if actually resolving the issue, which means you have to keep calling them. I’ve been dealing with an issue with my heat/ac since February, it’s still to this ...

    Any other place I have resided in requires 30 day notice to vacate. The notice to renew or vacate was left 60 days prior to end date. Really leaves no choice but to stay does it? Not to mention the rate increase is frustrating especially when we've paid early or on time. If you want 60 day written notice maybe leave the reminder 90 days prior? The lack of communication from office and/or maintenance is upsetting. Been waiting for a couple of things to be repaired since move in.
