I have been a resident of Stone Oaks for six years. Granted life happens and this management team has been sensitive and understanding to life events. Could not have hand picked a better staff. Luxury living.

My family and I recently moved to Chandler from Colorado. We decided on apartment living while we take our time to find a permanent home. I was so worried at first to move my family of five into an apartment after living in a large townhouse for so long. Stone oaks apartments has made this transition fantastic. It's located five minutes from shops, the Chandler mall and great restaurants, grocery stores and even a hospital. It's also minutes from two freeway exits. It's very easy to find ...
something to do which makes the transition to a new state much easier. The apartments are well maintained, things are constantly being taken care of, and service orders are taken care of promptly. Exterminators are here weekly and can come to your individual apartment once a month. I feel safe knowing there are no unwanted critters in my apartment. The staff is friendly and engaging. The property has two pools, a playground and a sand volleyball court. There is also lots of open (and we'll maintained) grass. It's pet friendly and everyone that I have met hereally greats you with a smile. Also, it's quiet...no crazy parties to keep you up at night but if you're looking for a fun time, the pool is always full of fun people on the weekend. I've had a great experience here I'm already dreading the end of my lease ;)

Stone Oaks is first rate. Centrally located in the near East Valley, close to the junction of 101 & 202 south. Stone Oaks is a quiet, accessible, and pleasant place to live. I've been here over ten years. It was the best place I found when I moved in, and I haven't had a reason to move since. Good management that will work with you, good maintenance crew and response, and nice facilities. Dan M.
