Quiet Neighborhood, Safe, Amenities

We love our apartment/townhome. We have a TON of space. NO bugs! (Thank the Lord) This is an overall quiet neighborhood, yet a few families live here. There is mature landscaping. Beautiful grass for your pets/kids to run around in, and a CLEAN pool! There is a small laundry room with 2 washers/2 dryers, the pool goes from 3ft to 6ft. There is a security guard, constant maintenance (they change air filters monthly). A new police headquarters is being built just down the road, so extra safety, but ...

neighborhood is perfectly safe to begin with. My son loves running outside in the grass, and riding his scooter on the paved sidewalk path behind our townhome. This was such a great move for us.

These town-homes are very nice, and conveniently located close enough to the Raleigh city area but not too close for discomfort. The maintenance team always keeps everything up to date with regular checks and fixes, there is never a thing to worry about because they always respond promptly when there is an issue, and most of the time visit before an issue ever occurs. The rooms are very spacious, and there is plenty of lighting to cover the area. The people here are very kind and make you feel ...

I have been a resident for a long time and have not run into any major problems. The office staff is always helpful. The apartment is located close to everything that you would need - restaurants, drugstores, mall, grocery store, and major highways.
