Management=cold hearted :-/

Only leaving 3 stars cause the apartment itself is spacious and nice. However, management changed within the past few months, and this take-over has been accompanied by rude letters, unfair charges, and unfair notice for aggressive changes. Their emphasis on punctuality is not reflected in their own actions as they will sometimes not include all charges you need to pay on the first of the month even though they demand rent every 1st. Leaving renters who pay on time unaware and hit with a $100 ...
late fee. When asked about lease renewal, they refused to give any details about potential price increases, and instead gave us a paper weeks later indicating that rent would be increased 50% in 2 months, leaving us even less time to find other options. Them spray painting our parking lot black and letting the dumpster overflow into the street on a weekly basis does not in any way justify the superior attitude of these new owners. We honestly wanted to stay here, but now we are glad we're gone.
