LIKE NO OTHER
December 6, 2017Having lived here going on 4 years, I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to rent as a living accommodation. I can't speak for the apartments, however living in the villas we have to say that the management is exceptional in every way. I suspect that they are as accommodating and caring about all of their tenants. Having retired here from N.Y., I did a considerable amount of research before moving south, and here is where we landed. I can't express enough how fortunate we were to ...find this complex. The villas offer privacy and no disturbance from people living above or beside you. All outside work is taken care of and the complex is well lighted and cared for. Any problems are corrected or cared for in a timely manner. Anyone thinking that there would not be some issues is expecting a fantasy world, but the everyday attention to details and potential problems is corrected immediately. The villas are well built and we do feel very comfortable and safe in them. I can't express any more than I have how great it is to be here. Amazing Complex
May 15, 2017Lived there in one of the 3 bedroom villas for the last year. Only reason we did not continue our lease was the purchase of a new home in town. The property is well maintained and a very quiet place to live. Easy access to almost anything in town. The management is absolutely wonderful and very attentive to whatever you may need or require. Even with phase 2 still being completed our stay there was wonderful. I would highly recommend Summit Pointe if you are looking for a rental in town. You ...have your choice of apartment living or even a town home with all of the amenities of apartment living. Feels like home!
March 6, 2017I've only been at Summit Pointe for a short period of time, but it already feels like home. The staff does a great job with making you feel welcome and are extremely responsive when you need them and the neighbors go out of their way to say hello to you when you see them. Many of the apartments are set up in a normal home floor plan and make moving in and living here easy. The only thing lacking are the amenities that you find in some other more expensive communities. Comfort, privacy, & fantastic customer service!
February 28, 2017Lived at Summit Pointe for several years, loved my 2 car garage, private backyard (that they maintain!) and sweetest neighbors ever!! Management was very responsive and always addressed any maintenance requests within a few hours-They respect the tenant's privacy, and always took my schedule into consideration. The only reason I moved was relocation for my job. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting the convenience of apartment living without the shared walls. A Great Place to Live
February 22, 2016My wife and I rented a two story villa at Summit Point for about 10 months. The house was great, tastefully appointed, with plenty of space and no shared walls. The community is full of great people who made us feel at home from our first day on. The office staff is always professional, courteous, and responsive when attention is needed. The grounds offer plenty of amenities including a pool and small dog park. It's a short commute to Fort Benning, usually no more than 20 to 25 minutes, and about ...15 to 20 minutes to downtown Columbus. Awesome community
August 13, 2015This property consists of apartments and villas. The villas have one level or two story with 2 car garages and no shared walls. You have the option of having a privacy fence for your backyard. Ammenities include a gym, two nice swimming pools and a playground for the kids.
