Terrible Customer Service, Bug Problems

I had an appointment view the property and possibly sign a new lease today. I waited for 20 minutes while listening to a staff member talking about what fruits make her sick. They never offered to show me a unit before demanding an application fee and a deposit. Then another lady with terrible teeth walks up and told me I was 20 minutes later than my appointment time, so I would have to come back another day. I wasted an hour of my life getting a money order and driving there for ...

nothing. Apparently they have bad roach problem, as there were pamphlets in the front suggesting ways to deal with the pests yourself. If you can afford it, pay $200 more to stay somewhere 10x cleaner and more professional than Sweetwater Point.

Full of beg bugs and they will blame that you braught them inn after contract they will swear they made you sign a paper that the apparment dont have bed bugs . all the furniture the people that works here try to hide from all the tendants . check the big box around the corner always full of furnitjre and matreses people loosing everything . they will pay !

Bed Bugs

You wonder why? theres weekly bedroom sets , sofas , etc . on the trash container that box around the corner , that the employes try to hide from everyone . by dumping all in that box . reason why its infested with Bed Bugs Be Careful People lose everything

I'm about to move thank god. Lived on the 3rd floor but neighborhood downstairs are the worst noisy noisy noisy! decided it's time for me to go! Trash people come and pick up the trash at around 3am that is crazy! they always wake me up they are so loud! People here are some nasty they throw trash everywhere all the time. We went on Vacation out of town and someone hit my husband car and dented his front bender. People around here are gett6there rims and tires stolen, no security or cameras once ...

so ever. Maintance is good and staff. It's just really bad to live here with all the noise happening. Don't move in if your looking for a peaceful and quite place. Also couldn't use my washer cause neighbors downstairs were getting a leak and apartments people told me to stop using it, no laundry facility available here.

Roaches, Trash , Bed Bugs ,little animals

This place is the worst apparments i had ever lived inn full off roaches bed bugs crawling on walls. Getting on your furniture had to throw everything away & im glad i moved out of here the city needs to come check this apparments real good and do something about it people here scared to report the complex. Find something better the price its low for the same reason .
