The Avery on Bedford Road
September 22, 2022I have lived here since April 2018. Already been through two management companies. Touchstone is trying hard to upgrade this facility. Before I moved in, I heard really bad reviews about this place. But since moving in, changes are happening (always more to be done). The bug problem is being maintained, and I haven't had any issues. The staff (Vanessa) has been prompt on replies and very helpful.Property Manager Responded

Horrible and Disgusting!!
July 10, 2022This place is infested with roaches. Lived here for just almost three years and been through I believe 4 managers, none who care a single bit about the apartments. We’ve sent numerous complaints about the roaches and get told pest control will come out twice a month but they never do. Plus the foundation issues. Our living room is sloped, cracks where the wall and ceiling meet and the doors rub when closing. Save your time and money and go somewhere else for what you are paying here.Review from Apartments.com

April 15, 2019Have lived here since Nov. and have enjoyed it very much EXCEPT for the fact that no one seems to have their pets leashed when they go outside, I have never seen so many dogs loose in one complex.Also very messy as no one picks up what their dogs leave around others apts.,I have picked up after others pets just so as to not have to risk stepping in itReview from Apartments.com
