Excellent service from everyone at the Leasing Office and extremely pleased with maintenance. I had an AC request on move in day and, not only did they find it and fix it, but they were here the same day the request was submitted. Last two places I lived in had an average wait time of 2 weeks. Kudos to Moses for his incredible service! Needless to say, if you look on your map, we pretty much have everything shopping you ...would need on a day-by-day, restaurants, groceries, hardware everything. Only thing kissing is an AMC, but the metro is around the corner so all I have to do is go up to Old Alexandria’s. Great location, decently quiet, nice premium (not luxury) apartments, secure/covered parking, and relatively safe considering the surrounding neighborhood at times. Relatively pest free, decently responsive maintenance staff, and nice office staff. Complains include 'market' rent increases, pet rent/deposits required/limits, trash fee, cleanliness of neighbors, and overall price/fees. Biggest pros are the location in terms of convenience and walkability (terrible traffic ...and bad noise if you apt faces rt 1), ample parking, and minimal crime/pests. June 14, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comUnfortunately, so far I’m not pleased with the cleanliness of my unit here at the Beacon. I recently moved into a unit with roaches. I’m sad to learn that after your many units. I hope it’s able to be rectified. I love the location, style and amenities just don’t like bugs.Property Manager Responded

We have researched the work order history on your home and have found no previous work orders in for this issue.
