February 1, 2022I’m extremely terrified of bugs. I do not have bugs. Orkin comes to spray every three months. I have no issues. The staff is very nice in the management office and very helpful. Maintenance comes right away when you send a message. It’s very quiet. This is a good location to be in. Come see the place for yourself and do not believe the negative reviews.Review from Apartments.com
Don't believe the lies!!!! This is a roach infested apt complex ...
December 3, 2019This apt complex is only in a decent location, I moved into apt without looking at it first... old and chewed up. They didnt have a electrical socket in the bathrooms. How old are these apts ? The management is unprofessional and rude. They act like I don't know what mold looks like. I have never seen such huge cockroaches. 3 Inches I'm not lying I asked to spray every 2 weeks or I would be overrun. Dont live here it's awful.Review from Apartments.com
The Cloisters
July 27, 2015Overall, my husband and I have been very please with our experience here. Not only are the prices reasonable, but the floor plan is very spacious. Minutes away from the heart of Short Pump and shopping centers. There are tons of children in this complex. However, at times kids tend to leave their toys and sometimes trash in the middle of the walkway. But the pros certainly outweight the cons.Review from Apartments.com
