Horrible building mgmt
October 3, 2016Decent apartment. Great caretaker. BUT building management is horrible. I had minimal maintenance requests not fixed in over two years - fridge gasket not sealing, blinds fallen off of window, defective smoke detector. I moved across country and asked that a detailed list be provided of possible charges before actually being taken out of my deposit. I never received said list. Over half of my deposit was taken out. Mgmt never provided me with an extra set of keys I was charged for. The ...list goes on... I enjoyed my time in Loring Park and Tony's hard work, but the headache mgmt gave me would not justify living there.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
