Management picks up the phone 1 out of 100 times every time. We submit requests constantly to fix leaks and nobody even responds. Nobody responds to emails or phones at all. It is very difficult. They have time to knock on your door and tell you what money rent that you are short of. This management doesn't have any time what's so ever to care about their tenants.

Its closer to school if you have children, Hennepin library is literally next to the building. mall of America is not that far away, Walmart and other shopping centers are just 2 minute drive from the apartment building. the building is clean, some what new and generally a very decent place to reside if you want to rent apartment.
