    Where do I start? Lot is filled with trash, homeless, and shopping carts No working public washer/dryers Basement apartments flood during rain Maintenance orders don't get fulfilled New management took over and doesn't care Didn't have mail for 2 months and had to go to post office No central AC, gets very hot on 3rd floor You get what you pay for and this place is bottom of the barrel.
