Life at Cortland -Glade Parks is awesome. It’s what you want it to be - fast paced, stay in and cook while watching football or taking advantage of its upscale location with tree lubed streets while dining on a night on the town, catching a movie and enjoying the great local independent restaurants located within walking distance from your doorstep!

I have lived a Cortland Glade Parks for the last three years. these were the first apartments I ever moved into and still can’t find a reason to leave. The staff has always completed service request professionally in as quick as possible. The managing team nominated my pup for pet of the month, and even dropped off treats and a new toy for him when he was sick. We also have fun events that I really enjoy attending! Overall very satisfied and couldn’t be happier!

I have had nothing but POSITIVE experiences while living here. The office staff are GREAT, especially Alexis. KUDOS to maintenance staff in responding in a timely manner, when needed. Staff are very observative and friendly!! Grounds are ALWAYS well kept. The living accommodations and location are MARVELOUS !!

We have lived in apartment complexes in San Antonio and DFW area since 2000, probably four different complexes. This is, by far, the best. The front-office team is wonderful; everything else is secondary but still first-rate. I particularly like the "openness" of the grounds. It does not appear the original developer tried to squeeze in as many units as possible at the expense of amenities (pools), gyms, parking, etc. Gets my top recommendation.

We could not imagine living anywhere else! We absolutely adore our beautiful unit and the community here. Ownership and management are highly attentive and accommodating towards our needs.
