Went Downhill FAST

Pros: FISD, mall nearby, walmart nearby, lease ends soon Cons: Too close to walmart so you hear constant honking, VERY LOUD, found rat poop on the patio, lacking proper managers, wrong rent posted MULTIPLE times, rude staff This place has gone downhill the past year and a half Been here two years. First was okay, but then management got disrespected and lazy and tenants leave trash everywhere and are extremely disrespectful. Excited to move out next week!!!!

Had very bad experiences with people living above us. We have been complaining since Feb 2020 and management has never been strong on enforcing leasing rules, like eviction. We even complained to police twice and still no improvement in situation. We are not here to live with noise of other people and pay full rent.
