Not safe
March 20, 2024The gates and doors to the complex do not stay locked. Homeless come in as they please. People's cars get broken into, attempted theft of cars and belongings inside. The management doesn't want to invest money into ensuring the safety of the residents. The gym equipment is completely broken, the treadmill is tiny. The pool is closed except for summer time. There is never propane in the free BBQ. Price increases every year. Best apartments for college students
February 12, 2020Hello everyone this is my first apartment and I’m a 20 year old ! The manger Linda made the move in very smooth and didn’t intimidate me like other apartments managers that I’ve been to. Would recommend 10/10 ! Also the rooms are very spacious for the price and the location is very quiet ! My neighbors are friendly which is a plus . What was that?
September 1, 2019The building quality is reminiscent of prefab trailers. The cabinets don't align and the water doesn't drain. The stove us plugged into a suspended surge protector in a cabinet. The building had no ac, only a wall mounted unit that barely worked considering the cost. Probably because their is no insulation. The residents are cool, if you like neighbors yelling at each other and smokers at hot doorstep. Plus side, you never feel alone because you hear your neighbors snores, and conversation from ...3 units away. Great Area to live!
June 13, 2019I'm a resident here and have been for years. I've seen almost everything you could imagine. This apartment complex has done a complete 180 turn around in the last year or so,the management team that took over came with the most awesome maintenance woman Linda, she goes above and beyond for all the tenants here. They repainted all the buildings and have re-done all the windows and landscaping they gave us a new pool area with a built in BBQ and most important they got rid of all the old drug ...attic tenants. Falling apart
May 16, 2019We moved in in January and what we pay is not worth it. We planned to stay here for a while and have someone move in with us but we don't even want to stay here. And there are ROACHES ! I've NEVER in my life lived in a place with so many roaches it's disgusting. also one of the bedroom windows condenses and leaks when it rains. when I vaccumed the carpet, the corner lifted up like they just laid it down like a normal rug you can buy from walmart. plus, little pieces of the yarn just randomly come ...out from time to time. when we put a rocking chair in the living room, he laminate floor MOVED like it wasnt glued down or whatever. the kitchen or bathroom cabinets don't close properly. there's hair painted into the bathroom drawer. after a while of use, the bathtub started to feel grainy. we had to replace the bathroom doorknob because one day it just fell off. other drawer knobs have popped off too. a lot of these issies you wouldn't expect to have just looking at the place. so I hope we get our security deposit back because these apartments are so cheaply put together like a dollhouse.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
DO NOT RENT HERE
May 3, 2018They don’t care about the people who live here or the law apparently. The office manager painted the curb red right after they put in a nice new sign. Today they added the “fire lane” when they repainted the parking lot. Plus the quality of the apartments are way lower quality than others for the same price or less in the area. Their “fitness room” has 3 machines. Their laundry room constantly floods, so they only allow 3 or so machines to be going at once for the whole complex. They don’t follow ...up on service requests.
