ROACHES!!! DO NOT RENT HERE.
I have lived at The High Grove for 3 months and over the course of those three months I have found 35-40 large roaches in my ground floor apartment along with other insects. I have communicated this to the inept and unresponsive management since the beginning and they have not done anything to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend searching for other apartments before signing a lease here.

I lived at The High Grove when while I was in Baton Rouge for almost 3 years, and I loved it. I enjoyed our unit, and the extras on site. The gym and yoga rooms was wonderful to work out in, along with the game room to entertain guests at. My unit was right from my dreams and I found maintenance and the office staff to respond quickly and give prompt resolutions. Please do not listen to the bad reviews here, as I can tell you it was far from the great experience I had. Living here made me ...

The problems we have had with mismanagement has been our biggest disappointment. The apartments are nice but not for the amount you pay coupled with the frustration of trying to deal with any issue, large or small, with the staff. We have had to contact corporate offices to get resolution when problems arise. Not worth the money or the trouble!
