    Kelton is great, they are very helpful, the area is wonderful and it’s a great place to live. My Wife and I moved here in March and it’s by far our favorite place to live. Great restaurants the walking trail a short walk away (great for dogs) couldn’t ask for much more!

    Been great! Love the place, location, shops. The only thing that has been unpleasant so far was on move in - I had no AC, but luckily it was looked at right away and I was able to move the next day

    The Kelton is in such a fun and convenient area being in the middle of Clearfork. The Leasing office was very helpful in helping to resolve issues in my apartment to ensure I was in an apartment I love.

    This is a wonderful place to live! It is quiet for apartments and it is well maintained. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful! The area has so many great shops, restaurants, and even a market so if you don’t feel like running to the grocery store, you do t have to. It’s very convenient!

    Generally, very positive. The staff is responsive and attentive to issues raised. I would, though, like to see the pool and some of the other commons are more frequently and proactively maintained, especially on the weekend. For a long time now, only one of the three girls is working, and the pool needs more frequent portering (items left behind; cleaning; trash removal; etc.). The pet refuse containers also need emptied and sanitized more frequently (offensive smells). Thank you.
