Good, but room for improvement The following need attention: Garage cleanliness: The garage has been chronically dirty, and the debris often gets tracked into elevators and common areas. Wonderful new apartment building attention to detail A.J. helped us navigate the building for a tour, and he was wonderfully prepared not leaving a detail out, curtailed to the needs presented. The building is secure, with many community spaces, and actual tenants utilizing the spaces during tour (always a good sign, and bonus because 2 were reading for pleasure!). Good vibe all around.

My Future Home The Larking was all around fantastic! Toured several different floor plans as well as all the amenities. I was very pleased with everything from the moment I walked into the building including the apartment units I toured. Love the color scheme and art throughout the building.
