March 29, 2026Apartment complex is very nice and feels safe with lighting and security. Amenities like the pool, pickleball court, gym, events, and walking trail makes sure there is plenty of things to do to get out.Property Manager Responded

March 28, 2026Apartment was dirty,has roachs and the roommates are horrible,and you guys partner with a towing company that is horrible to everyone will never live here again,and the trash people always leave trash on the hallway it’s nasty and the elevator never works feels like only the 1/1 got the renovations and did I mention my apartments came and still has roaches and tha laundry never worksReview from Apartments.com

February 9, 2026Management doesn’t really care about the concerns we have. The biggest problems are the elevators are always broken, the exit gate is always closed, and there is trash everywhere. Whenever you speak to the from office about it, they say “we’re so sorry to hear that, we don’t know why that is.” Or “we will let residents know as soon as we have more information.” But they never do. To be clear, this isn’t their fault, their only job is to sell units, this is the manager’s fault. They also keep ...advertising that they have “3,000,000 dollars in renovations” but that was nearly a year and a half ago, and it’s almost as if it all went absolutely nowhere, plus they’ve slowly removed features from the main lobby, such as both “new printers” and all activities that used to be there, not to mention the hot tub they removed and TVs from the gym.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 16, 2026Honestly not clean and already saw a roach day 3, I love the apartment look inside 100% looks cute!! Hallways are not taken care of what so ever, nobody has went to clean those in ages and that needs to be fixed or explained before people sign a lease in my opinion. January 8, 2026Elevator is still not fixed, has been broken for almost 7 months now with multiple resident complaints and hallways are filthy and stained. They also suck at handling packages and often lose/ won’t register a package as ready for pick up the same day it’s delivered either so good luck getting your stuff the same day. December 1, 2025I do love my apartment, I have had no issues with the apartment itself. However, the elevator has been broken since move in and I have contacted the leasing office, in which they explained they pretty much can do nothing about it. October 30, 2025Overall, my experience has been mostly positive. I found myself settling in quite nicely, and the noise overall isn't too bad. I have had some difficulty with maintenance coming in a timely manner, or having to submit a follow-up request so they some, but other than that my experience has been pretty good.Property Manager Responded

October 15, 2025Wish the elevator would be fixed and the rooms could be bigger. When I received the tour the floor plan I was shown the rooms were a lot bigger than now. Also I do wish that the complex was kept more cleaner.Review from Apartments.com
