June 13, 2025I have loved living here for the past 3 months. There was a manager change and ever since then, it has been wonderful. Its a very quiet and safe complex, the most noise I hear is from the lawn mowing people. If you're looking for a quiet and enjoyable community I would definitely recommend this complex.Review from Apartments.com
A lot of problems
May 17, 2025The area this complex is located at is extremely dangerous and subject to a lot of theft It's extremely expensive for the area (you'll hear sirens 6-10 times a day) since it's not gated and its tenants have for a few months been subject to car theft and break-ins almost every weekend (it's completely open to main roads from two sides) Management is not a positive, it's run by a pair of lethargic property managers who refer you to their business partner since "it's not their job"Review from Apartments.com

February 11, 2025I love the Pines at red Ridge the property is very nice very clean and quiet ! I moved in on Monday of last week and literally it was the absolute smoothest move-in I’ve experienced to Date !! Sunny And her office team are simply amazing very professional !! No hidden fees or extensive wait times my apartment was move in ready as promised on the agreed date and time.. It is clean & everything is in working order as promised.. Great new management
February 11, 2025The Pines at Red Bridge has improved tremendously under the new management company! The staff is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents.
