The streets are littered with trash. The woman in the office had bloodshot eyes and mumbled alot. There was literally a kid sitting on the hood if an Altamonte Springs police car drinking a beer

Garbage town

Every apartment smells of mold and the drywall has spots. Office staff are rude as the residents. I can't imagine living here no where is safe.
