The people in the office NEVER answer the phone. They gave a notice on august 31st 2020 that water would no longer be included in rent starting October 1st. if you want to move you would have to give a 30 day notice which would have to have been the next day. They aren’t setting up to renew leases so every month they are adding something when it’s time for rent if your lease is up. And the time I talked to her about that she said well you are month to month. The old cleaning lady told me they ...

only want military people out there. And beginning of 2021 they will charge everybody the updated price even if your apartment is not updated.
