November 9, 2020The people in the office NEVER answer the phone. They gave a notice on august 31st 2020 that water would no longer be included in rent starting October 1st. if you want to move you would have to give a 30 day notice which would have to have been the next day. They aren’t setting up to renew leases so every month they are adding something when it’s time for rent if your lease is up. And the time I talked to her about that she said well you are month to month. The old cleaning lady told me they ...only want military people out there. And beginning of 2021 they will charge everybody the updated price even if your apartment is not updated.Property Manager Responded
November 23, 2020We are sorry to see you've been unhappy. We've been diligently updating and renovating the property - not only the apartments but the common areas as well. Have you been able to enjoy our new community spaces? We are adding minimal increases to our classic floor plans. We'd be happy to discuss your renewal with you. We'd love to keep you! Our team is busy on-site with tours, walking the property and other tasks, so occasionally we'll be out of the office. However, we always return calls in 24-48 hours.
