    its not bad at all just comes with some minor issues like any other apartment complex. i give it a 3/10 to be honest. i would say about the the ridge on spring valley is that its not all that great but its definitely improving. not bad but not great its average/fair but more fair.

    Ive been at the Ridge Apartments going on 2 years. I am very content living at the Ridge Apartments. Staff and maintenance personnel are awesome. Any work needed is taken care promptly. I have no issues with neighbors.
