March 24, 2022I will be honest, I was looking for something a little newer but the apartments are still nice. I absolutely needed a two bedroom because I work from home but with the prices in Austin, there was no way I was going to find one within my budget. I happened to stumble across the Robinson and I'm so happy I did. I have a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. It's perfect for my work space and also great if I ever have company since I have the extra bathroom. One thing I enjoy most about this community is the ...sense of community. Most of my neighbors have lived her 5 plus years. They all know each other and everyone is really nice. The office and maintenance team are very attentive and easy to work with. Cute Property
March 11, 2022I moved to The Robinson about 5 months ago. I really love the feel of this property. I'm in one of the fourplexes. My apartment is super cute. So much natural light which I love. The staff here is the best I've ever experienced and I've lived at several apartment communities. Only downside is they don't have a pool or a gym for those of you looking for that kind of stuff. Loved living at Melrose
March 7, 2022I lived at Melrose Place for 4 years and LOVED it. Now called The Robinson on Melrose is set up like a little neighborhood type community instead of an apartment "complex" and the whole community really has that friendly neighborhood vibe. I loved the 2 bedroom lay-out. The master bedroom is HUGE! There are giant windows in the living room and large windows in the bedrooms. I loved the natural light and green views. The location can't be beat. Tons of neighborhood streets to walk/run with the ...dog, HEB with-in walking distance, just a few minutes to 183 or Mopac. Katy in the office was fabulous to work with and made me feel right at home from the second I moved in. Maintenance was always super responsive. Incomplete!!
July 23, 2015I love my two bedroom apartment its very spacious has one in a half bathrooms maintained very well outside and in to boot Melrose supplied me with two air conditioners ,on the negative side they have frequent visits from the exterminator identification of maybe an infestation of bugs although I haven't had any issues yet heaters and cabinets are kinda old fashion help ive been helpful.Review from Apartments.com

Do NOT Move here
May 20, 2013Office Staff is NO GOOD. And when you do move they dont give you your Deposit back. I left the place in a way better condition then it was before. But they charged me for things that you NOT responsible to do. Not only they took my deposit but i had to pay even more. I have picture to prove if anyone want to see them before and after pics.I learned my lession in the past so please if you move here take pictures on the 1st day you move.If not then you will be paying lots of money when you do move. ...Bottom line cheap place but everything else NO GOOD.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
