August 15, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comIm a resident here and I ALWAYS have a hard time finding a parking spot, any time of the day I have to circle the parking lot multiple times just to find a spot. It’s best to get a car port unless you’re lucky but that’s rare. Its 1am and Im sitting here waiting on a spot..Property Manager Responded

Needs better maintenance
September 30, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comWalked the property with manager to see if i wanted to live there.. the outside walls were dirty and I asked the lady to they ever come wash the buildings and she said she did not know, 1st red flag. Went to look at an apartment and it was ok and i seen small things like the floors weren’t so clean and bath tub did not look like something i wanted to take a bath in .. they already showed me they don’t really take care of the property so i definitely will not be living there

But I had to pay $400 to apply with the understanding I would receive a refund but I have not received it and this is been going on since last year. I have called and sent emails to the apartment complex and each time someone has responded they said they would check and I have not received a call or email back from anyone. But they were quick to email and call me when I ...was applying for the apartment. This is completely unprofessional and ridiculous! My boyfriend passed away on a Friday evening unfortunately, and when I returned to collect some of his things the following morning, they had changed the locks. After spending half a day on the phone with corporate, I realized that the people who run this place have no compassion or kindness whatsoever. ...They treated me and our family with so much disrespect, and made things so much harder than they needed to be in this already difficult time. Extreme water damage and mold. Ive had 3 shop fans running 24/7 for 5 weeks drying the carpets and they won't finish repairs!

February 11, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartments and the property are well maintained. The swimming pool is gorgeous. However, at the end of the day, when one has worked all day, they do expect to have a place to park their car. You may or may not be able to find a place to park your car. There are no designated parking spots or visitor parking areas. As the manager told me on the phone it is, “First come, first served.” Therefore, if someone is having a party, the visitors get the parking and the residents are left driving ...around searching for a place to park. It is a gated community, but they allow tow trucks to come in and search for cars illegally parked. If the only place you can find to park your car is a handicapped parking, expect to get towed. With the management aware of the inadequate parking, this makes me suspect that they are getting a cut from the tow company. Why would you tow the resident, but not the visitors taking the parking spots? ? I do rent a garage on the property, but all they can offer me is one on the far side of the complex. I arrive home after dark and I leave before the sun is up in the mornings. I will not walk all the way around the complex alone in the dark with all of the things I drag to and from work. The parking situation is definitely something you should consider before renting here. I am sorry I didn’t ask that question before signing the lease. I have arrived home without any place to park my car all around he complex several times and been towed once for parking illegally out of desperation. Not good!Read More

Spacious rooms, high ceilings, nickle-plated fixtures, ceiling fans, large windows, private balcony with extra storage, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. What more can one ask for especially for the price and location compared to other apartments seen in the area? The complex has beautifully maintained landscaping with a large area to walk your pets! Parking might be an issue though, especially late at night. There is covered parking available for an ...additional $25/mo. which I highly recommend. It's definitely worth it. I also recommend that you lease an apartment on the South side, preferably on the second or third level for those that enjoy a little more privacy and less noise from the traffic located near the main hwy. I hope this review helps with your decision when selecting an apartment in the Astascocita/Humble area!!!Read More

Located just minutes from Lake Houston, and many beautiful golf courses that are in the surrounding areas. The rooms, and closets, are very spacious allowing for lots of storage areas. Also the apartment employees are very helpful, and maintenance responds very quickly. This apartment complex really has fit my family of three well, and I know it would do the same for your family too!
