Plumbing fixture repair WE have experienced a chronic problem with a toilet seat that becomes loose and unstable. We have a 2 bedroom apartment and typically use the other bathroom. But still there have been issues with this one toilet seat. Denis has worked creatively and persistently to install other toilet seats that would remain in place, I appreciate his willingness to continue to address this very odd ongoing problem. We finally have decided to invest in a taller toilet to ...
replace the one with the seat problems. We do have a taller toilet in our 2nd bathroom and there have been no difficulties with that toilet seat! We are happy with this outcome. And do very much appreciate Denis. He tried everything possible. Thanks

Maintenance Dennis When Dennis realized my surgery was the next day, he came over and replaced my toilet with a higher one, that helped so much with my surgery. Thank you so much! You dont know how much it helps my shoulder being higher.
